All ovens on trailers are suitable for commercial use.
You can supply your own trailer, but our experts will need to fit the internal frame work.
Supplied with all trailer ovens: Customised fitted frame work, 6 months registration, 4 x pizza boards, 1 x 3 piece stainless steel tool kit, 1 x user guide/recipe book.
1. The Amalfi Medium:
Medium oven built on a lightweight trailer, measuring 1.7m wide x 2.4m long (including trailer forks) x 1.4m high. Total weight of 610 kgs.
Side entrances for parties should have a minimum width of 2 metres on a smooth surface. Cooking area should be 3 square metres minimum.
Total Cost of trailer including support frame $7,500 inclusive of GST
2. The Entertainer Large:
Large size/Entertainer built on trailer measuring 2.5m wide x 3metres long x 1.87m high
Total weight is 1.2 tonne
Side entrances should have a minimum width of 3 metres on a smooth surface. Cooking area should be 4 square metres.
Total cost of trailer, including support fitted frame $9,500 inclusive of GST
3. The Don Commercial:
A trailer for this oven can be supplied by you or us but will have to be fitted by our experts with internal frame work.
Cost of oven only with customised frame work is from $8,340 inclusive of GST. This does not include the trailer. Trailer for this size oven should be ‘double axel with hydraulic breaks’.
