Our 2hr woodfired oven cooking classes get booked out very quickly.
2 Hour Basic Oven Skills Course
On the 3rd Saturday of each month (9:45am-12noon), Mediterranean Woodfired Ovens host a 2 hour cooking demonstration at our showrooms in Fremantle .The classes are very informative and a must do if you have purchased or may be interested in purchasing a woodfired oven. Course Information:
Tantalise your tastebuds while learning to use and cook on a wood-fired oven. All aspects using a wood-fired oven are covered and you will learn how to cook not only pizza but seafood, breads, pasta, meat and vegetable dishes as well as deserts.
Participants will also learn how to use your wood-fired oven as a barbecue.
Find out about fire management and how to effectively use both the heat up and cool down cycles of the oven for maximum efficiency.
